Welcome to The Pro Nail Community! Our mission is to create a supportive, collaborative, and empowering space for nail technicians to grow their skills, increase their prices, and build thriving businesses. To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all members, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions below.

 

By joining The Pro Nail Community Membership (“the Membership”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

 

Membership Overview

 The Pro Nail Community is an online membership designed to support nail technicians in skill development, business growth, and industry networking. Your membership grants access to exclusive content, training, resources, and a private community space. Membership is provided on a subscription basis, and your access remains active as long as your payments are up to date.

 

 Payments & Cancellations

 Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis, The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription you will agree to monthly payments via Kajabi which will be taken on the same day each month.  Payments are processed automatically via your chosen payment method. If a payment fails, your access may be restricted until the issue is resolved. You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining period of your subscription. Price changes may occur, but you will be notified in advance if rates increase. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of subscription. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected] and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.

You can cancel your Monthly Membership at any time by providing us with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the end of your Monthly Membership Period by logging into your account or email to [email protected]. As long as your notice to cancel is provided at least 7 days prior to the end of the Monthly Membership Period then cancellation will take effect at the end of the relevant Monthly Period and you will be entitled to continue to access your Membership from the date of notice until the end of the relevant Membership Period. In accordance with clause 10.8, no refunds will apply.

We are committed to maintaining a supportive, respectful, and empowering space for all members of The Pro Nail Community. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

Respect & Professionalism: Always treat fellow members with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. If your behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive, we reserve the right to remove you from the membership immediately, without a refund. This community is a place to ask questions, share experiences, and support one another. We encourage open discussions and mutual growth.

No Self-Promotion or Pitching: To maintain a safe and pitch-free environment, please avoid unsolicited promotions, direct sales, or spammy behavior. While we do our best to create a positive space, we cannot be held responsible for the actions or behavior of other members

Failure to comply may result in warnings or removal from the membership without a refund.

 

Content & Intellectual Property

  All training materials, resources, and content inside The Pro Nail Community are for personal use only.

  You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

  Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.

 

Disclaimers & Liability

  The Pro Nail Community provides education and guidance, but success is not guaranteed. Your results depend on your own efforts, business decisions, and external factors.Access to the Membership does not guarantee any particular results or success, including financial outcomes. Whilst the Membership is designed to provide you with information, resources and support, it remains, at all times, your responsibility to take action and to implement the necessary information received and/or any skills or tools shared. Your success and any results are dependent on factors which are outside of our control and for that reason we are not able to guarantee that any particular results or success will be achieved.

 

 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

  Continued use of the Membership after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Throughout the membership we will be available Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm and will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated. 

You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.
